How to use the map?

Below is a quick guide on how to use the map on your computer or laptop:

  • 1. Click on the map and drag in order to make sure you can move around
  • 2. Click onto the icons to ensure that they work.
  • 3. Click onto the icon at the top left of the map that looks like an arrow pointing right.
  • 4. When you click it and the bar comes out you can then check or un-check different categories that you are or are not interested in viewing.
  • 5.Once these are selected click the icon again to hide the bar. You can also click on the back arrow or simply another part of the map to hide the info window.
  • 6. When you have the information window open you can click the arrow that looks like a right turn arrown in a diamond white box to get directions.
  • 7.Then you can simply use the map as you wish

Below is a quick guide on how to use the map on your phone or ipad:

  • 1. Using to fingers place them on the map
  • 2. Once you have done this use your two fingers to navigate and move the map. You can also while keeping one finger on the map use the other one to move around.
  • 3. Its important your fingers dont stray outside of the map window as that will then zoom in the entire browser.
  • 4. When you have moved to your desired area you can then click on the desired icon on the map to pull up its information. To hide this information simply click the back arrow on the top left of the information window. Or click another part of the map.
  • 5. When you have the information window open you can click the arrow that looks like a right turn arrown in a diamond white box to get directions.
  • 6. Same as on desktop you can click the the icon at the top left of the map that is an arrow pointing right. This brings out the categories that you can check and un-check. Once again you can click the arrow to hide the categories.
  • 7.After this you are then pretty much free to use the map as you please.
